When do I pay for my order?
Each pouch is handmade and personalized just for you — we don't keep pre-made stock, so we start sewing and embroidering only once your order is confirmed. That's why payment is required before production begins.
How do I pay?
Once you place your order, we'll send you our bank details for a quick transfer. Just send us a screenshot of the transfer, and we'll confirm your order and get started right away.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production + delivery usually takes about 2 weeks from the moment your payment is confirmed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price once the order and payement is confirmed.
